Our salmon is hand-filleted, brined, traditionally smoked, and then cooked in a sealed foil retort pouch. This product is high in protein, low in cholesterol, and contains 3 essential omega fatty acids. Simply open the foil pouch, drain and reserve the natural juices and carefully slide the fillet onto a platter. The natural juices from the foil pouch as an option be poured over the salmon. Enjoy as-is with a garnish of parsley, capers, lemon, and onion slices, in a sandwich, with pasta, or over a salad.
