Perishable (frozen) items can only be shipped currently within Canada (excluding NT, YT, NU). Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their flat rate prices. Please select Priority Shipping if a frozen item is in your order. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 3 business days after we receive payment from you.
For our US customers: Please note that at this time we are unable to ship frozen products to the US due to possible delays at the border. Please consider ordering our various delicious shelf-stable smoked salmon instead. They are perfect to take on your travels or as gifts since shelf-stable items do not require refrigeration.
***Canadian customers please note that frozen products requiring ice packs for shipping (such as Cheena Smoked Salmon Pate, Cheena Smoked Salmon Lox, and the Cheena Crab Meat and Lobster Meat) can only be shipped via Priority shipping. Regretfully, we do not ship our frozen products to the following areas: Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
