Shipping policy
All shipments are done with UPS. Please take note that we do not ship to PO BOXES.
Order processing: Depending on the time an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process the order before it is shipped. Please take note that perishable frozen items can only be shipped out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, therefore, the 1-3 business days of order processing time should be taken into consideration when placing your order.
Canada-wide Flat Rate shipping
Standard shipping of non-perishables (2-9 business days): $19.99
Express shipping of perishables (frozen items) and non-perishables (1-2 business days): $39.99
Remote Shipping
Please take note that addresses in remote locations will be charged according to the UPS remote location rates. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to advise of the extra charge.

Standard shipping of non-perishables (4-9 business days): $29.99
Express shipping of non-perishables (2-3 business days): $49.99

Remote Shipping

Perishable (frozen) items can only be shipped currently within Canada (excluding NT, YK, NU). Your order will be processed and ready to ship within 3 business days after you place your order.
Perishable (frozen) items are shipped out Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next-day delivery.
For our Canadian customers: Please note that frozen products requiring ice packs for shipping (such as Cheena Smoked Salmon Lox, and the Cheena Crab Meat and Lobster Meat) can only be shipped via Express shipping. Regretfully, we cannot ship our products to the following provinces: Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
*We will not be held responsible for delays or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses and contact details entered by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address and telephone number you input at the time of checkout are accurate. Should the shipment be designated Return-to-Sender due to the above reasons, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
For our American customers: Please note that at this time we are unable to ship frozen products to the US due to possible delays at the border. Please consider ordering our various delicious shelf-stable smoked salmon products instead as they do not require refrigeration. Regretfully, we do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or American military bases.
*We will not be held responsible for delays at US Customs or undelivered shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses and contact details entered by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address and telephone number you input at the time of checkout are accurate. Also please take note that once the courier hands off the shipment to US Customs, we will not be able to provide further updates to your shipment status until US Customs releases the shipment to our courier's US counterpart. Should the shipment be designated Return-to-Sender due to the above reasons, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
For our International customers: We love hearing about our customers across the world enjoying our products! Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship our products outside of North America. Please consider a parcel forwarding service such as Ship by Mail. Our products will be shipped to the Canadian address provided by the parcel forwarding company who will then forward your order to you.
Free local pick-up: For our customers who live in the Greater Vancouver Area, we offer free pick-up at our location 9291 Shaughnessy Street. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Holidays may affect these hours. Please select Free Pick-up as a delivery method at the time of checkout.
