Returns and Refunds
In the event the item you ordered is defective or damaged, please return the item to us within 7 days after you received it. To be eligible for a replacement, your original item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are not applicable for refunds. Once we receive the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded using the original method of payment.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or partially consumed products. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if you are unhappy with the quality of the item you received, please let us know by contacting mail@cheena.com or call us at 604-324-6556.
